As a member of the team, you will work intimately to support, coach and guide families on a journey to better rest in their homes. ​

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work privately and in group settings to educate, coach and mentor families to build better sleep patterns, habits and routines in the home.
• Coach parents on sleep education through our private coaching programs.
• Set up meetings with the client to go through their situation, via phone, Zoom, Google Meet or in-home visits.
• Build an in-depth understanding of the problems your clients are facing.
• Observe the child’s sleep pattern to offer feedback, coaching and guidance on changes to improve sleep issues.
• Set reasonable sleep goals with a new client around a family sleep plan.
• Write, review and consult on individual sleep plans for each family.
• Write monthly blog posts for Sleep Solutions by Christine, to grow your reach, validate your expertise and educate potential clients on identified key issues.
• Provide daily support through email, text and scheduled check-in phone calls, based on a Monday – Friday business hour schedule, unless otherwise requested by you.

 
​Qualifications
Members of the team must complete or have graduated from a credible certification program. Approved programs available upon request. A background in nursing, social work, psychology, childcare, education or postpartum care is preferred but not required.
 
Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and have a dedicated work space.

Earning Potential
This is your business, and it is up you how many clients you wish to take on and what your monthly income goals are. Being self-employed means your business can be structured in a way which works for you. A Sleep Consultant may choose to work remotely from home or local to your residence.
 
Example scenarios of earning potential:
Full Time: 30-40 Hours / Week: 20 Clients a month, $600 average sale = $10,000+ month
Part Time: 12-18 Hours/ Week: 4-6 Clients a month, $600 average sale =$2,000 - $3000 month 
Side-Hustle: 4-6 Hours/Week: 2 Clients a month, $600 average sale = $1,000+ month
