After a thorough pre-consultation sleep evaluation, we'll spend our time tackling your biggest sleep struggle.
During your session you'll learn:
Clarity about your child's sleep disruption
Reasons why your child isn't sleeping
Specific steps to improve or get you back on track to great nights of sleep
Note: This call does not include a written sleep plan and isn't intended to replace weeks of private coaching.
How it works:
Use the links above to schedule your strategy call at a date and time that works with your schedule.
Complete a preliminary assessment of your child's sleep situation and identify area(s) you need help.
At the appointed time, we'll spend our session talking via video or phone (whichever you choose) about your biggest sleep issue, answer your questions and you'll get specific recommendations to assist where your struggling.
Schedule a follow-up call within 2 weeks to check on progress and make sure your child is sleeping well.
